Alpha3D and Threedium are extremely excited to announce their partnership to bring the current market of 3D content creation and visualization towards a more efficient, cost-effective, and simple process.
The partnership will accelerate the development of Alpha3D’s powerful new artificial intelligence (AI) solution to convert text or a 2D image of an object into a 3D digital asset for use in Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR).
“One of the key aspects of the partnership is data sharing between the two platforms, which will allow us to significantly accelerate the training of our AI-powered 3D content creation platform. The tens of thousands of data points of input images and output 3D models we receive from Threedium on a monthly basis allow our AI to learn to automatically generate more accurate and better quality 3D digital assets at scale” says Madis Alesmaa, CEO at Alpha3D.
Creating 3D content from scratch is a notoriously costly, time-consuming, and complex process. Alpha3D’s mission is to turn it around and make 3D content creation accessible, fast and simple for everyone, regardless of their 3D modeling experience and knowledge. This will allow businesses to create ultra-realistic 3D digital assets in seconds from a flat image, by using state-of-the-art deep neural networks. Alpha3D AI Labs platform will be released to the public in March 2023.
